The need for innovative food solutions knows no borders. With a vision to build global food security, Infarmight is now poised to step onto the world stage, with an initial focus on the dynamic markets of Southeast Asia. This global expansion is not just about growing a business; it’s about sharing technology that can empower communities and transform food systems worldwide.

Why Southeast Asia?

Southeast Asia is a region of immense agricultural potential, but it also faces unique challenges. Rapid population growth, urbanization, and the impacts of climate change are putting traditional farming systems under pressure. On the other hand, there is a soaring demand for high-quality, safe food, such as premium Korean strawberries, which are incredibly popular in countries like Vietnam and Thailand.

Southeast Asian Market

Infarmight sees this as an opportunity to introduce smart farming solutions that can:

  • Overcome Land Constraints: With vertical farming, food production can happen in the heart of cities, bringing producers closer to consumers.
  • Ensure Year-Round Production: Our indoor systems are unaffected by rainy or dry seasons, ensuring a stable supply.
  • Enable Non-Native Crop Cultivation: Our technology allows local farmers to grow high-value foreign crops, like Korean strawberries, at a comparable quality, meeting domestic demand and reducing reliance on imports.

Infarmight’s Global Expansion Strategy

We have laid out a clear roadmap for our global expansion, consisting of three main phases:

Phase 1: Solution Introduction (Short-Term) We will begin by introducing our smart farm monitoring hardware and software (HW/SW) solutions to target markets. With over 90% of farming processes in many countries still being traditional, our ready-to-deploy solutions offer a rapid upgrade in efficiency and productivity.

Phase 2: Local Production Plant Establishment (Mid-Term) The next step is to establish local nursery and smart farm production plants in target countries. These can be either wholly-owned Infarmight operations or partnerships with local companies. These plants will serve as hubs for producing high-quality seedlings for distribution to local farmers, as well as centers for cultivating high-value crops.

Local Production Plant

Phase 3: Global O2O Platform (Long-Term) Our ultimate vision is to create a global Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform that digitizes the seed and seedling market, which is currently almost entirely offline. This platform will connect seed suppliers, seedling producers (like Infarmight), and farmers in a single digital ecosystem. It will enable data tracking, market analysis, and a level of transparency never before seen in the industry.

Partners in Growth

Global expansion is a collaborative effort. Infarmight is actively seeking partnerships with local companies, governments, and research institutions around the world. We believe that by combining our advanced technology with local knowledge and networks, we can create a much greater impact.

Global Partnerships

Infarmight’s journey to go global has just begun. We invite you to follow our journey as we work to build a smarter, more connected, and more sustainable future of farming for all.
